Join friends and colleagues as we come together to enjoy a fun-filled day of golf in support of CLASS. With your support, funds raised will go towards improving the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities in the South Simcoe area.

CLASS 25th Annual Golf Tournament

RULES OF PLAY

  1. RCGA rules and local rules shown on card.
  2. Players must wear shirts with sleeves; you may wear shorts with pockets but the shorts must be mid-thigh or longer; no jeans ARE ALLOWED.
  3. Shoes can only have SOFT SPIKES; tennis-style shoes
  4. Men play from the blue tees; Ladies play from the red tees.
  5. Scramble format with best ball – all players tee off, the second shot for all is selected from what is deemed the best position and hit from there, and so on.
  6. A TWO-PUTT MAXIMUM RULE APPLIES. IF NO PLAYER IS SUCCESSFUL ON THE FIRST PUTT, A 2-COUNT WILL BE TAKEN.
  7. Upon completion of the round, please leave ONE score card per team at the Pro Shop.
  8. Please keep up the pace so that all groups finish at approximately the same time.

Free Contests:

Closest to the Pin – Men: If your shot is closer to the pin than the current marker, write your name on the marker and move it. Closest person to the pin wins.

Closest to the PinWomen: If your shot is closer to the pin than the current marker, write your name on the marker and move it. Closest person to the pin wins.

Longest Drive – Men: Drive your ball the farthest on the fairway and win.

Longest Drive – Women:Drive your ball the farthest on the fairway and win.

Improve Your Chances to Win – $30/person

Yellow Ball: The person must use the yellow ball throughout each hole or until it is lost. If you keep it in play throughout the day, bring it to the dining room for a chance to win a prize.

Mulligan:  Take one free stroke.

Golden Tee: For an advantage, keep it in play on the fairway until the tee breaks.

Length of String: Need help putting??? Use it for free footage on one hole.

Raffle: Receive 5 free raffle tickets for the draw during dinner.
